Role: Concept Strategist & Service Vision Facilitator
Client: Panasonic Avionics
As part of Panasonic Avionics' exploration of the future of in-flight entertainment and connectivity, this assignment focused on designing a next-generation experience for the connected aircraft - where content and services are dynamically tailored to both flight routes and individual passenger preferences.
Working with stakeholder teams, the initiative aimed to define how personalisation, connectivity and content delivery could converge to enhance passenger experience and operational value.
The result was a visionary concept and prototype of an in-flight entertainment system that adapts to each flight and user - distributing destination-relevant content, contextual services, and pre-selected media aligned with the customer’s profile and preferences.
Scope included:
- Future-state journey mapping for connected cabin experiences
- Vision concept development for modular content platforms
- Scenario design for route-based and pre-flight personalised services
- Visual prototypes of dynamic content interfaces
The work laid the foundation for Panasonic Avionics’ strategic thinking around adaptive inflight experiences, showcasing how aviation innovation can blend connectivity, relevance and personalisation - from gate to arrival.
