A new retailer experience
At the centre of this initiative was the development of a new Bed Configurator. This digital experience allowed each brand within the group to manage its bed models, fabrics, and accessories through local resellers. Using advanced 3D rendering and a dynamic scene builder, we created an interactive interface where customers could configure and visualise their beds in real time, transforming complex product information into an engaging, guided buying experience.
Beyond technology, the project introduced new content and inbound marketing strategies, shifting the organisation toward a digital-first, data-driven approach. By mapping the customer journey and integrating nurturing flows, we enabled retailers to move from transactional communication to relationship-based engagement—strengthening brand equity and driving measurable growth.
The result was a scalable, digital foundation that connected the group’s retail network, enhanced brand consistency, and positioned the European House of Beds as a frontrunner in digital transformation within the furniture and bedding industry.
