As part of Salesforce’s flagship global event, Dreamforce in San Francisco, a dedicated initiative was launched to support and connect the growing Nordic innovation community attending the event. The result was the Nordic Innovation Lounge - a curated experience platform designed to offer value, visibility, and connection for Nordic leaders and companies throughout the week-long conference.
In close collaboration with Digitalist, who was hosting the event at their office in SF, Salesforce and their Nordic implementation partners, the initiative brought together daily breakfasts, expert seminars and networking forums, featuring leading innovation managers, client showcases and curated Nordic case studies.
A dedicated pop-up lounge space served as a basecamp for over 400 Nordic participants - offering a quiet recharge zone amidst 5,000+ scheduled Dreamforce events. The lounge included office infrastructure, meeting areas and workspaces, enabling participants to stay connected, reflect and host discussions during the week.
Scope included:
- Concept and experience design of the Nordic Lounge
- Planning and facilitation of daily programs and speaker sessions
- Curation of a Nordic innovation exhibition and project showcase
- On-site hosting and operational management
- Organisation of the official Nordic Pre-Party ahead of Dreamfest, Salesforce’s annual 75,000+ attendee concert
The Nordic Innovation Lounge became a recognised hub for thought leadership and community among Nordic delegates over multiple years - blending inspiration, convenience and collaboration into one seamless experience during one of the world’s most significant tech events.
