I served as Product Owner for the development of Changemkr - a SaaS platform designed to manage and scale digital transformation initiatives using DigJourney’s digital maturity index methodology and knowledge base.
The project started with early-stage validation, including structured interviews with reference groups to capture user needs, pain points and expectations. These insights informed the first round of prototypes and concept testing, ensuring alignment between methodology and product design from the start.
Working with a distributed development team, I led the product through agile sprints, sprint planning, and iterative releases - balancing technical feasibility with user feedback loops. My focus was on translating transformation workflows into a usable and scalable digital product that supported program managers, consultants, and participating organisations.
Key responsibilities:
- User research and reference group facilitation

- Backlog creation and prioritisation

- Coordination of releases and stakeholder updates
The result was a working pilot platform that enabled structured, data-driven management of transformation programs - helping clients move from maturity assessment to actionable progress.
